Suggest Medication For Pain And Swelling Of Tonsils

Hi, I have a swollen tonsil on the left side and its not painful. I feel fine, no fever, or anything and i can still swallow comfortably for the most part even though i feel food hit the left tonsil. I do have a bump under my chin on my neck though and its a little tender.
