Suggest Medication For Pain Around The Chest Area After Lifting Heavy Slide.

Hi I'm 5 feet 9, female age 34. getting wed Aud 2011. I'm one and half stone overweight and have large boobs Im generally in good health as my mum is a nurse. Ive never been in hospital and am hardly ever at the doctors I work in a nursery and last week I lifted a heavy slide. Since then I have sore pain to touch below my bra strap at the back right hand side that spreads around to my right side quite high up. It is not too severe but discomfort that I know it;s there. Would this be musccle pain?
