Suggest Medication For Pain Attacks

Hi Dr.After my c section my D-dimer test was very high. I went for a c scan to check for trombosis.they said luckily I dont have any blood clots.but every time I feel a pain in my leg I get anxious.i then think I have a blood clot.i also get panic attacks.is it just all in my mind or what.i also get panic attacks beacause of lack of sleep.im using eglonyl.please help.
