Suggest Medication For Pain Caused By A Fall

hi just checked in on grand mother (85) and bp was 230/ 113 and i wanr her to go to er. she says its nothing. At what point do i disregard her wishes. She is currently on a Staten and has seemed to help> She did reciently take a major fall and has been i a lot of Pain and is unwilling to take the pain meds unless strongly encourager. It does seem to calm her down. thanks for any help. Adam
