my 7yr old leaped onto me landing squarely on my lower back. Caused excruciating pain at the time that it happened. Now my lower back aches as well as my lower abdomen in front. Having a hard time with going to the bathroom as when bearing down just applies pressure to where it already hurts. do I need to be concerned about anything or will this take care of itself?
