Suggest Medication For Pain In Lower Back

I have been experiencing pain in the lower left side of my back. Sometimes when I lie down on my back it hurts so much that I can t even lift my leg up or move around. I am really worried because I have been experiencing this for over 3 months and would like to know what it is.
