Have pain in pelvic and lower back. started yesterday morning could hardly move, walk, use the restroom. Had sex night before pain started. have two children and have been told my ovaries are possibly cystic but not sure how bad or fast it progressed. Today still hurts to move or cough or use restroom. even lower back hurting. gas makes pain worse. should i see a dr.?
