Suggest Medication For Pain,swelling And Bruise On Fingers Due To An Injury

Hi.I caught my finger in an extremely heavy fire door with considerable force. It immediately became swollen, and bruised after a day. It has been five days since, it's very painful to move, and the swelling and bruising increases then decreases again. The finger is slightly bent, and 60% of the finger is covered in bruising. I don't think it's broken; the pain is not excruciating, but it sure is a discomfort.Anyone know what's wrong?
