Suggest Medication For Persistent Fever Leading To Ear Infection & Headache

yes, please. My 3yr-old daughter emma just got a clean bill of health Thursday from her dr. She just got over ear infections. Later that night she developed a fever and complained of a headache. We gave her motrin and she seemed better. However, the next day she fine but again the developed a low grade fever and complained of a headache. Today, like clock work- when the motrin wears off. she again complians of the same symptons. Please tell me if i need to call the Doctor or is this just a fever virus?
