Suggest Medication For Persistent Infection In The Throat

I am a 29 yrs old female. I had a sever cold with throat infection that lasted for a week, i took augmentine for it and it was gone. After a few days i started feeling pain in my throat again, and it's been there for over a month now with no other symtomes. what could that be?
