Suggest Medication For Pimple Like Blemishes On Right Cheeks

LHi, I recently started getting these pimple like blemishes on my cheeks, I started to get them when I used a facial hair removal and now they won't go away. A pharmacist told me to take benedryl but didnt really work. Ive kept my face clean by washing it and taking care of but nothing works. I don't have the means to see a doc right now please help
