Suggest Medication For Plamoplantar Psoriasis

Hello Doctor !!! I had dryness and peeling of skin near fingertips, toes and soles for past 2 mnths. Recently I visited a Doc who informed me I had palmoplantar psoriasis nd prescribed Xerinacream clobetasone salisylate cream ndoral methotrexate. Going through the side effects of methotrexate I am worried. Need to know more about my condition can it spread to other parts? Can I recover from it completely? What precautions should I observe?
