Suggest Medication For Post Nasal Drip

Hi I have had post nasal drip for about 2 months now I m using a nasal spray n I was taking deselex syrup. What should I do to get it to stop? Is there something more serious to this. I started a new pill in November n developed a whole lot of side effects so I went back to my old pill.
