Suggest Medication For Pounding Head, Painful Body And Chest Infection

Hi, I feel completely miserable: pounding head , eyes will barely open aches and pains everywhere, chest infection. Have been like this for few day now. Didn't go to gp: no
Money to be honest...taking lemsip, and lots of liquids. . Should I go and get an antibiotic ?
