Suggest Medication For Puffiness In Foot After Getting Pricked By A Needle

Hi my name is Lester Theoboldt. My wife recently got a very blunt needle in her foot and it all puffy, its not pussing or anything but it seems to be getting worse, we don't want to poke and prod at it, it miht get worse.. Any suggestions?
