Suggest Medication For Pulsating Feel In Left Ear And Hearing Loss In Right

hello. I have recently started noticing a pulsating/throbbing in my left ear, what could this be and does it require urgent attention? I have just started up running again, and my work and diet is the same, i am aso totally deaf in my right ear. many thanks martin
