Suggest Medication For Pus Filled Bump At The Back

i keep getting this pump on my back. i just had it pooped and pus came out of it then it bleed. it keeps coming back and its pretty big. i was wondering what this could be? should i get it checked out? t doesnt hurt unless i pop it. but sometimes it itches before i pop it
