Suggest Medication For Radiating Headache

A headache started yesterday, mostly across the top of my head, and also the back neck area. It persisted throughout the night. Today pain reached my spine, and every step I take hurts. I've tried tylenol, aspirin, and advil with no change. What do you recommend I try now?
