Suggest Medication For Rash On The Hands

hi im concerned about my hands on both hands i have wut looks like to be a rash it has little water blisters it really itchy and chapped they even crack open and start to bleed the ras is on both of my middle fingers and in between my middle fingers ans my ring fingers at first it was not too bad but now it spreading
