Suggest Medication For Rash On The Skin

My son has a round red rash on chin, itchy and scaly but same color throughout about the size of a quarter. In addition on his chest he has two smaller spots that almost look to be blistered and they are each about the size of a pencil eraser. Any ideas what it might be?
