Suggest Medication For Recurrent Bartholin's Cyst

Hello, I'm a 31 year-old woman (approx 68kgs) who has had trouble with a Bartholin's cyst. The first few flare-ups, spread over several years, responded to antibiotics. In 2006 I had two operations on the cyst, one just to drain fluid, and the other to drain and then close the abcess. One subsequent flare-up, but minor, and again antibiotics fended it off.
Now I'm in a foreign country and can't get to a doctor short of spending a day waiting in A & E. I know time is of the essence, and I have Minocycline 100mg and Calvepen 666mg with me. I'm leaning towards the Calvepen - advice, please?
