Suggest Medication For Recurring Gastritis, Pain Behind Sternum And Indigestion

Hi, last year I developed gastritis and was prescribed lansoprazole and it shifted it. But it seems to have come back as I've been having similar symptoms for a weeks such as: gnawing pains behind sternum, trapped wind and indigestion. Wondering if I could have an opinion please
