Suggest Medication For Recurring Pain In Breast, Back And Rib Cage Post A Fall

I was throws up in the air and than hit the icy snow on my fool back. I have pain that goes on and off and travels from left breast at the rear toward end of rib cage and up. Pain is severe and sometimes very low.
It is uncomfortable to find position especially in the bed. Tylenol pills do not help but seems makes the pain worst. Also the pain is severe in some positions and acts as a muscle cramp. I am here from Canada and still in condition to fly back to Toronto a 5 hour ride. any suggestion. The accident happened 8 days ago.
