Suggest Medication For Recurring Yeast Infection Under The Breast And On Neck

I have a yeast infection under my breast and on my neck.. my Doctor prescribed Nystatin Ointment, however once it wears off the itching starts again and I can only apply it twice a day... Can I use an Alternate ointment such as Hydrocortisine Valerate in between for relief of itching...
