Suggest Medication For Red Itchy Blisters On Sole Of My Foot

I have red itchy dry fingers started with outside fingers now all are blistered and dry it spread to my feet. my inside ankle has a large area that is dry and itchy and now blistered and under the sole of my foot now there is a large dry itchy patch that has blistered. Its sore to walk now. Please let me know what it is? my hands look ike old mans hands and why is it spreading to my feet.
