Suggest Medication For Red Rashes On Forehead

good day doctor, i have a 14 monthsold baby boy and seems to mehe had red spots appeared on the forehead, then to the face and now the body. 3 days ago he had a fever and the doctor here had prescribed him an anti biotic med.i had stop giving him the anti biotic as i had read on the label to stop taking it should there be rashesh. what shall i do now?
