Suggest Medication For Red Rashes On Skin Caused By Insect Bites

I was staying in a hotel in New York a few days ago and got some insect bites. Thought bed bugs at first but haven t seen any. Thought maybe lice or mites, so took hot baths. Seem to have stopped getting new bites. However some of the bites are turning red, rash-like and sore, and three have honeycomb patterns under the skin. What should I do?
