My wife had total thyroidectomy after diagnosing with Stage 1 Carcinoma Thyroid. She is on Eltroxine 125mg/day. She is having palpitation, high BP, tremors in the head, sleeplessness. She is given following medication cap betacap TR 40mg 1-0-0 Tab Epicrilmd 0.25mg 0-0-1 Tab Nexito 5mg 0-0-1 Will this help to reduce anxiety, tremor in her head, BP? What are the possible side effects in the above medication?
