Suggest Medication For Scleroderma

I am a 44 year old woman, 5'1" and weigh approx 150lbs. I have scleroderma, raynauld's, acid reflux fibromyalgia and ibs. In 2006 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and now am taking prilosec and tamoxifin at 20mg/day. I just finished a course of Cefdinir 300 mg tablets for a sinus infection I had coming back from a trip to Mexico. I also started taking some new vitamins recently, I already take a centrum, and a b12 and fiber and calcium gummys. Two weeks ago I added omega 6 and also a immune support gummy, and biotin and zinc to this. I also stated taking a D3 additional 1000. About 10 days ago I started have some sudden onsets of sweating (giving my raynauld's this is very strange for me.) They are like hot flashes and sometimes come after I've eaten. I'm spending the night much warmer than I'm used to being and waking up sweaty too. I have my FSH, LH, estrogen checked on my last blood work 1 month ago and I'm not in menopauce or pushed there from the chemo I had 4.5 years back. Could this be from some combo of my medicines?
