Suggest Medication For Severe Abdominal Pain And Nose Bleed

Hi, I ve been having abdominal pain for the last 4 days. The first two days with loose bowel. When I go to the doctor, laboratory result shows plenty of bacteria on my stool. She gave me some hydrasec and ciprofloxacin and told me if it continues i ll have another laboratory just to check if its amoebiasis.I don t have loose bowel anymore but the pain didn t go away. I m also having nosebleed. 2 times already. What do you think should I do?Thanks in advance.
