Suggest Medication For Severe Acne And Scars

hi.i am sameera.22 yrs old from hyderabad.m doing bds.i have severre acne(grade 3) on all over my face and lot of scars also..i am emotinally disturbed with this.i have consulted many dermatologist but no results..they stop for a while and start aggrevaiting again..my face look very oily and dull at times.i dont even use any cosmetics as such.i use himalaya oil face wash 3 times daily.
