Suggest Medication For Severe Constipation

I think my abdominal wall is separated beneath my belly button, it is very noticeable to feel for both my husband and myself. My third child just turned two, she was also my third c-section. Since her birth I have had horrible constipation, often resulting in taking laxatives once a week as well as stomachs aches after I eat medium/large meals. What do I do?
