Suggest Medication For Severe Headache And Pain In Neck

i was recently admitted to A and E on a spinal board after fainting and hitting my head. i was taken of the board and was allowed home later in the day, i now however am experiencing a bad headache and pain in my neck and down my left arm, should i go back or is there nothing to worry about.
