Suggest Medication For Severe Migraines And Dizziness

I fell backwards off my sofa and really banged my head on the wall. My friend was concerned as she said I hit it with some force. I don t rembrr it as I was quite drunk at a family party. I have been having severe migraines ever since and near on every day. I feel dizzy too at times. I have taken imigran over an hour ago but it s still there. I feel kind of drowsy and breathless too.
