Suggest Medication For Sharp Pain In Rectum And Constipation

Hi i am experiencing severe sharp quick pains in my rectum area and i feel very constipated and blocked. I had a surgical abortion 6 days ago and havnt bled much after the surgery but when i go on the toilet and try to make a bowel movement blood comes out from the vagina. Am i causing any damage and is the constipation and abortion linked?
