Suggest Medication For Sinus Infection

i have been taking a anit bodic for 4 days for a sinus infection. I still feel the one side is blocked and cant smell. Little dischage comes out when I do blow. I also am on a nasal spray 1 time a day. I see no improvement. I have had this off and on for about 6 months. please help
