Suggest Medication For Sinus Pressure,fever And Itchiness In Eye

i had a sinus pressure headache a few days ago that started on my left side then went to my right the next day. now i am sneezing alot and my eyes are slighty itchy as well as i am slightly fatigued but i do not have a fever or chills. i am wanting to treat it with over the counter drugs but i would like to know if it is a cold or allergies?
