Suggest Medication For Sinusitis With Excessive Sneezing

my jaw hurts when i yawn or try to bite...chew, i was at the beach yesterday some water went in my ear but it came out last night. Is this serious, should i go to the doctor? What could be causing the pain. Oh i have sinusitis and i was sneezing alot last night and my ear was itching too.
