Suggest Medication For Skin Darkening On Face Due To Weather

Hi I changed my job location from one plcae to other recently. Suddenly my face bacame dark. I did a mistake that i normally keep on change the soaps to wash my face and many face creams as well. Please suggest me to get a skin which i have earlier. I consulted doctor and he told that i have black patches on on my face.
