Suggest Medication For Skin Rash

3 days back back my friend enters into brothel through trap,performed no sex ... touched by prostitutes there and got scratched by them for rescuing ..what to do if there is risk of any infection through their contact ?

He was in Delhi , he returned to home now ... he is finding some 3-4 small red rashes on the hand after 3 days of this happening .. is that something because of some kind of infection due to this ? Should he check his Blood profile ?
