Suggest Medication For Small Bumps And Rash At Bottom Of Nostril

I have a rash that around the bottom of my nostril and goes diagonal on both sides (I guess my smile lines?). I have had it for a while now... it usually comes and goes... but lately it has been permanent on my face... it has small bumps and feels raw if that makes sense... My dermatologist gave me Desonide Lotion 0.5% and it does nothing... do you know what I can use to releave it temporarily? I am seeing my GP on Thursday...
