Suggest Medication For Sore And Perky Nipples

Hi, I have had really sore and perky nipples the last five days. I took a pregnancy test thinking that might be why, but it showed negative. I do not know what else it could be. I have PCOS(polycycstic ovary syndrome), and I don't know if it could be do to something with that, but I was wondering if you could help me?
