Suggest Medication For Sores In The Mouth

Im a 22 year old in shape male. So far this is the third bout of what im experiencing... symptoms are mouth full of canker sores. roof, inner of lips, left and right walls. eating limited to lukewarm broth and a straw all the way down my throat. this causes extreme pain and severely hinders sleeping and eating. self medicating this by using chloraseptic throat spray as needed. a bottle might last 2 days. swollen glands under my neck are flared up also. when these mouth sores onset ill notice very very dry, cracking skin on the head of my penis. within a day or so the dry skin peels away. currently about 70% of my penis head is unprotected skin like a peeled blister and its constantly wet which, along with the shape of the penis, makes bandaging near impossible. i tried to rub on a face and body moisturizer when the dry skin started to happen but that didnt help at all. self medicating by taking an antibotic and wrapping my penis with toilet paper. i know thats silly but bandaids do not stay on as the open sores are always wet. i cannot eat or walk. the quality of life is exetremely low. please help me.
