Suggest Medication For Statis Leading To Ulcers And Pain In Legs

I have ulcers on both feet and legs. I have been told that they are called stasis both feet and legs I have a lot of pain at night. I also have neuropothy. I am not a diabetic.i am wearing compression stockings. I need help at night. I am 88 years of age. what do I do.
