Suggest Medication For Sun Burn On The Head

I have just shaved my head about a week ago and my head was WHITE!! Of course, I just needed a little sun to fix that. Yesterday I went swimming and got a little burnt on my head. Nothing severe, just a little red with very little pain, typical sunburn. But, today I noticed that my head has a strange fluid coming from a few spots that looks clear but dries a crusty yellow color. What could this bee and how can I stop it? It has been doing that since this morning and hasen't stopped since. It isn't leaking at an alarming rate but enough to notice.
