Suggest Medication For Swelling And Discolouration On The Cheekbone Due To Injury

I was hit during a fight on the cheek bone, right below the eye area. There was instant lumpy swelling then it formed black eye. Now the black eye is alomst fade except for one black line on the lower side. The bone however is still swollen. It has been two months and 8 days to the injury. Is it normal for the bone in such injury to form that kind of buldge? or could this be dishaping of bone?
