Suggest Medication For Swelling And Pain From Anti Tetanus Injection

I am a 19 year old male who received a tetanus booster shot on Monday. My right upper arm is currently very swollen and tender to the touch now. Are there any over the counter medications I can take in order for the side effects to go away or be minimized?
