Suggest Medication For Swelling And Pain In Tonsils

I have been sick with a sinus infection for about a week and a half now, my antibiotics are done and I'm feeling so much better. Except my tonsil (the right one) is still swollen, but it's not painful, instead there is another bump directly beneath my tonsil that hurts like the dickens! At first I thought it was a tonsil stone, but having never really dealt with tonsil stones before I'm now second guessing myself, especially since it's UNDER the tonsil!! I can feel something in that area though, so is there a way it could possible be a buildup in the sinus cavity??! How do I get rid of it!! HELP PLEASE!!! :)
