Suggest Medication For Swelling Of Tonsils And Lymph Nodes

My tonsils are swollen, and my throat hurts, likee really bad. My lymph nodes are also swollen... It feels like swallowing something sharp and big when i swallow... Please help! I need to know if i should go to the doctor. P.S. The back of my throat is red too, but with no white spots. My tonsils arent that big, but compared to how they normally are, they are at least doubled in size.
