Suggest Medication For Throat Infection With Dry Cough

hi can any one answer, my fiancee is having a throat problem from last 2 years...dry cough, which is now a big problem for her, she is not able to sleep, not talk an eat, we had a lot of treatment but of no use, can any one tell me where I can now look for her treatment
